Strengthening of the concrete frame, foundation repairs and facade renewal.
After structural modelling in ACCA Edilus BIM, the works phase begins: foundations are strengthened or rebuilt where damaged, cracks and defects in walls are repaired, and the facades are renewed with new paint and finishes.
The structural restoration includes strengthening the frame with advanced concrete reinforcement techniques and repairing damaged elements such as columns and beams.
